YOU MAY ASK, “HOW DO I KNOW IF THE EPA RULES APPLY TO ME?”
If you operate a boiler, these rules could apply to you. The rules vary based on a boiler’s size, age, fuel type, and emissions.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE EPA RULES?
Specific fines or actions associated with non-compliance have yet to be outlined by the EPA.
